i want to know what the best brands for paints, inks, and paper?
by your mention of paper I assume that you are asking about Water Color (which I know less about) ,but Gamblin makes some good High Quality paints without being too crazy expensive.
As far as ink goes I always trust waterman they have been making ink for hundreds of years and are still a big name in the executive pen market
paper is subjective and more about what effect you are going for try the different types of resume papers available at your local office supply store. These come in many varieties and are comparatively inexpensive.
