Stencil cream paint dry .. can they be saved?
I inherited some stencils paint pots cream. Beautiful colors and most have never or rarely used. However, it seems that most of the paint stencil cream has dried up. Is Does anyone know how and if it is possible to "rejuvenate" the paintings so that they can be used? Seems like such a waste to throw them out. These paintings are "Delta" paintings and craft paint stencil creams are concentrated, permanent, oil-based color. The addition a touch of mineral spirits or a little paint thinner to help? Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me.
if they are oil-based start by adding 3-4 drops of mineral oil at a time .. use a toothpick or a stick to stir .. go slowly its easier to add than to remove .. Add no more thin .. it will break down the paint and becomes viscous and unusable.
