I'm only 13, but I feel Self-Conscious about my weight?

I know, I'm at a young age. But I'm actually at a healthy weight, which also means my BMI is healthy. My BMI is like 20.5. I'm 5"1, age 13, 27% percentile on the BMI scale, and my measurements were taken in late September of this year (if that info helps).

I weigh 106 pounds.

I don't look fat, and i only get jelly rolls when i slump over. I have a slight hour glass shape. I'm Filipino, if my heritage helps.

The Healthy Fitness Zone for the BMI in California is 14.5-24.5

Like I said, I'm 20.5

I'm worried that I will get overweight. Can someone just... like help me? Is it just baby fat? Will I still lose weight due to puberty or something?

What kind of easygoing exercise can keep me healthy? Can I walk everyday for 30 minutes?

I went through the same thing you did. When you go through puberty you gain weight, and once you are done developing you lose weight. You are perfectly healthy for your age and weight and you just need to learn to love the body you have even if its not perfect. walking and eating a good diet can help a lot. hope this helps. if you need anything feel free to email me
