How to seal paper in a clear coating?
I want to take some two sided drawings I have made on tracing paper, sort of a stained glass effect, and seal them in something clear that will allow me to hang them and use as suncatchers. I have tried polycrylic and it doesn't work well. I have tried this stuff called Quick Water for sticking fake flowers in a clear vase. I can't think of anything else other than clean vinyl or lamination but those are both kind of cost prohibitive since I don't even know if they will sell yet. Any ideas?
There are several products that you could use. Decopupage is a clear liquid that you paint onto paper to seal it. It comes in matte or gloss finish and should do your project well.
