Can a top coat of clear spray paint make my paint glossy?
We used flat black paint to paint something and if I could just add a glossy top coat (clear) that would be awesome, otherwise I'll use glossy black spray paint, and maybe a top coat on that
Yes you can but clear glossy spray paint. Spray in a well ventilated area. Allow at least a day for it to dry.
