Line cutting into spinning reel bail arm?

hi guys, I have a PFlueger Trion 4520GX spinning reel, and after 2 years of ripping line from my spool through the drag system, I have a nice line gouge in my bail arm by the line roller, could I simply super glue the gouge, sand it, and paint over it, or what else can I do besides order a new piece, because the parts are next to impossible to order

forget all the other ridiculous, stupid ideas and either order the part (you will need the part list that was in the box with the reel otherwise you are completely out of luck) or you are going to have to spend money on a new reel.
honestly, l have no idea how you could cut the bail arm on this reel. there is a large enough offset between the arm and the line roller that the line should stay completely clear of the bail arm.
if this is a common problem with this reel (which it should not be) then you should decide you are going to spend more than 25 bucks for a reel.
the difficulty of obtaining parts is one of the biggest drawbacks to purchasing reels from anyone other than the big four:
penn,
garcia (mitchell/ambassadeur),
daiwa,
shimano.

even zebco has a better parts availability. pick up tons of used ones at flea markets.

don't mis-understand me. l am not putting down your reel. for 25 dollars it has lots of great features. the problem lies in that when they add all these extra bells and whistles they leave out the most important one. durability.

if you can't obtain the bail arm from pflueger, try the reel service center at bass pro shop.

are you using braid on this reel?? not a good idea. if you are not using braid and this damage was done by mono, it would have cut much further by now or this question would have arisen a year ago had you been doing so.
