Is it OK to wear batting gloves for baseball weight training?
I have baseball batting gloves have amazing grip! I was wondering if I could wear em to the gym to do weight ... They have a good grip. Well, I've never seen anyone work with finger gloves ...
I do the same! I thought that by accident. I hurt my thumb so it was wrong to have pressure on the thumb when I was lying. I put my batting gloves and my thumb dindt hurt nearly as much if at all. It helped me a lot and I not had any problems yet. I imagine that it could bring to the palm of your batting glove fast enough.
