What size print can be done from a 120mm (size med) negative?

It rather depends on the size of the negative. There are various sizes of negatives on 120 film, according to the camera. You 6x6.45, 6x6, 6x7, 6x9. I was quite beautiful prints made in 20 x 24 with my camera 645. Much of it depends also the quality of the scan.
