Should I return a broken pencil?
Ok, so yesterday I bought a set of Koh-i-noor colored pencils without wood for about $ 15. I opened today and it is broken. There is only one pencil and I could still sharpen and get approximately 01.02 A 03.04 of the pencil, but I'm still a little disappointed because I wish my art materials in sets and own a bit like having them brand new and everything. Do you think I should exchange it or is it a bit cheap as it is only a pencil?
