Could Green Tea be the culprit?
So i drink an Easy Way green tea everyday with lychee jelly topping and the green tea is often flavored eg: strawberry/blueberry etc.
In the past 2 weeks ive put on 3 kg's. My eating patterns haven't changed to much.
Im 15 and i weight 74 kg's now! I am 6 ft but still! Where could this weight be coming from??? i know its winter but still not this much!
Green tea by itself contains no calories. The sweeteners used in many green teas are the culprit. Try switching to a sugar-free green tea and if you're still gaining weight, you'll know the problem is elsewhere.
