Where can I find a good set of terms and conditions for my Signs and printing?
I am lookng for terms such as payment, reading of the evidence and other relevant conditions for my business. Is there an overall term and the conditions there?
I tend to agree with Han about borrowing from someone else's T & C and adapting to your business. If you make a sale online, see Regulations on remote sales. They give you a language that must be included. It is always useful to have checked by a lawyer that their fees can be much cheaper than an expensive legal suit later. Talk to your local business link. They may have samples you can work from. Good chance!
