Where can i buy a professional sketching set?
Hello everyone.
I am looking to buy a professional sketching set as a gift. I'm looking for something that comes with a sketching pad and several pencils, pastels etc. This is for a girl who's turning 21 and I have a budget of about £40. Hope some of you can help me!

Also: What sort of brands should i be looking out for?
Most would be separate, you mix and match as you go. Art supply stores will have what you need. Get the paper for the proper medium--ask the clerk which are good for pen and ink, sketching, pencil, chalk, watercolor, etc. whatever medium she uses. Then look at art supplies.
There are a lot of low cost, waterproof ink pens that are great for doing pen and ink art, around $2 (US), the supplies needn't be expensive to work well. Watch for the sales on things as well, you can get twice the amount if you time it right. (IE: think Xmas too).
