Glass painting … please help?
I paint using vinyl wine glasses to hide the label. I use Pebeo white porcelain painting. But when I take the vinyl off to reveal the text, the peeling paint seize it. -There something I can do to stop this? Would using a surface preparation? Is there a better way [...]
