I am trying to use a tampon for the first time. I looked in the mirror and I could see the tampon not all but?
I could see the white part not the whole thing but a lot of it..... I cant figure it out...I have researched a lot and still it wont go in. I am babysitting (going on vacation w/them to a waterslide place) and have to take the kids swimming. I cant opt out or anything....its important.
Its umcomfrtble and i can deff feel it in there. I walked and it was okay but it cant be right...HELP!
Maybe im one of those people whose hymen is small and cant use tampons.....is it the size ? I'm using the only kind at my house which is super...should i buy smaller...my flow was medium today. My period is always on time and i have had it for a year.......I am falling apart,.....what should i do ? swim w/o a pad or tampon ??? Its a public pool
get a smaller size tampon... it sounds like you aren't putting it in far enough! try something like tampax lite which has a really easy applicator... relax when you are about to put it in and make sure you have some time to do it the 1st time may take a few tries...
Make sure that you insert the applicator in all the was so your fingers that you use to hold it are touching you... then insert it... if its far enough in you really wont feel anything at all!
You shouldnt go swimming using nothing its really kinda gross to do that and you cant use a pad in the pool! Just take your time it'll work out!
